NORTH CAROLINA – A Primary Choice, Inc., a statewide provider of home care services, is celebrating 20 years of serving North Carolina families this year. Since establishment in 2004, we have committed to providing all individuals with the best services to enhance quality of life. From its humble beginnings of one location in Lumberton, A Primary Choice, as well as sister company Primary Health Choice, have grown to serve thousands of individuals from 34 locations across the state of North Carolina. CEO Mr. Thad Davis expressed gratitude and thankfulness to all patients and employees that have been apart of the journey over the past 20 years.

“This year we celebrate 20 years for A Primary Choice, Inc. I would like to thank all of our patients for allowing us the opportunity to take care of you. Also I would like to thank all the employees who have made this company what it is today,” Mr. Davis said.

Over the last 20 years, the goal has been clear. That goal was to become an individuals “First Choice” in home care. A Primary Choice has committed to providing all individuals with the best comprehensive services to enhance and maintain personal care needs, all while enabling individuals to be as independent as possible and remain in the comfort of their own home.
