SALISBURY – It is with great pleasure that we announce Primary Health Choice, Inc., and A Primary Choice, Inc., are now in Salisbury, North Carolina! Last month, we expanded to Charlotte area, and have now opened Salisbury, expanding our service area once more. We are now at 39 locations across the state of North Carolina! As we have stated in the past, we are eager to serve and make an positive impact on many more residents within our beloved Tar Heel state of North Carolina.

We are excited to serve Rowan county, and build proper relationship and community within the Salisbury area, and well beyond.
